Thomas is not only a crucial part of our team but also a beloved brother, son, and partner. His brother, James (Jas) Smallwood, also works with us as a farm service technician, and their close-knit family is pulling together to support Thomas during this difficult period. Alongside his brother Jas, Thomas’s girlfriend, Abigail Beatty, and his parents, Catharine and David Smallwood, have been by his side, providing constant love and support. However, with such a serious injury, there are many uncertainties ahead, and the family is facing significant emotional and financial strain.
