Matthew Ledgerwood Death, Obituary – It is with great sadness and a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Deputy Chief Fire Officer (DCFO), Matthew Ledgerwood, who very suddenly left us this morning. Matt was not only a dedicated leader but also a cherished friend and colleague to all who had the privilege of working alongside him. His unexpected departure has left a void that will be deeply felt throughout our community and beyond.

As DCFO, Matt was more than just a firefighter. He embodied the essence of leadership, always showing dedication to the safety and well-being of the community.
