Randy Nourse Death, Obituary – The Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) has confirmed the identity of the motorcyclist involved in a fatal collision on State Route 95 (SR95) as Randy Nourse, a 61-year-old resident of Lake Havasu City. The accident occurred early Wednesday morning, resulting in a tragic loss for the local community.
 Details of the Incident
According to DPS Media Relations Specialist Bart Graves, the crash took place near milepost 187 on SR95 around 6:30 a.m. Nourse was traveling on his motorcycle in the righthand lane behind a passenger vehicle. As the vehicle began to slow down to make a righthand turn, Nourse lost control of his motorcycle. Graves stated that the motorcycle slid onto the road, causing Nourse to be separated from the vehicle. Both the motorcycle and Nourse then slid into the rear of the passenger vehicle.

The Lake Havasu City Fire Department responded quickly to the scene, with Fire Chief Peter Pilafas confirming that Nourse was immediately transported to Havasu Regional Medical Center. Despite efforts to save him, Nourse was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The driver of the passenger vehicle sustained minor injuries and was treated on-site before being released, according to DPS.

Graves mentioned that neither Nourse nor the driver of the other vehicle were suspected of impairment at the time of the crash. The incident appears to have been an unfortunate accident without any signs of foul play.
